Academy courses

• Fees are confirmed in writing before you pay and must be paid in full before the batch starts, unless an instalment plan is agreed.
• You may cancel for a full refund up to one week before the batch starts. After that, you may move once to a later batch.
• Vendor exam fees and cloud subscription costs are not included unless stated.
• We do not guarantee exam results or employment.
• Course materials are for your personal learning and may not be shared or resold.

Beta products

Beta and waitlist products are provided as they are, may change or be withdrawn, and are not suitable for critical use without a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

The Kognivya name, logo, site design and content belong to Kognivya Technologies. Other product names, logos and exam codes are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe course content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the fee you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune have jurisdiction.
